HACCP & Food Safety for Seafood Processors — Training Day
A practical one-day training course covering HACCP principles and food safety management specifically for seafood processors. The course is delivered by qualified food safety trainers and covers hazard analysis, critical control points, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and documentation requirements. Suitable for supervisors, QA staff, and production managers. Delegates will receive a Level 2 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing on completion.
