Aquaculture Site Manager

Loch Duart, producers of premium hand-reared Scottish salmon, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee one of our sea loch salmon farming sites in Sutherland. You will be responsible for all aspects of fish husbandry, health and welfare, feeding management, and team leadership.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in salmon or trout farming • Knowledge of fish health, welfare, and relevant legislation • Leadership experience and ability to manage a small team • Small vessel handling experience • Willingness to live and work in a remote Highland location
