Fish Auction Clerk

Peterhead Fish Market, Europe's largest white fish market, is seeking an Auction Clerk to support our daily fish sales operations. You will record catch data, assist with the electronic auction system, and liaise with buyers and vessel skippers. Numeracy skills and the ability to work early morning shifts (from 5am) are essential.
