Fish & Chip Shop Manager

Simpsons Fish & Chips, award-winning fish and chip restaurant in Cheltenham, is looking for an experienced manager to oversee daily operations. You will manage a team of 10–15 staff, ensure exceptional food quality and customer service, manage stock and ordering, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Minimum 2 years' management experience in a food service environment • Strong people management skills • Food hygiene certificate Level 3 or above • Passion for fish and chips and quality food • Flexible to work evenings and weekends
