Job Description
Billingsgate Market is seeking an experienced Head Fishmonger to manage a busy retail counter at the UK's largest inland fish market. You will oversee a team of 4 fishmongers, manage stock purchasing, and ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer service. City & Guilds Level 2 in Fish Mongering or equivalent required.
