Microbiologist — Seafood Testing

Eurofins Food Testing UK is seeking a Microbiologist to join our seafood testing laboratory in Wolverhampton. You will perform microbiological analysis of fish, shellfish, and seafood products for pathogens, hygiene indicators, and spoilage organisms, supporting our seafood industry clients with food safety compliance.

• Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related discipline • Laboratory experience in food testing preferred • Knowledge of seafood microbiology and relevant legislation • Attention to detail and accuracy • Good IT skills and experience with LIMS systems
