Production Manager — Smoked Fish

Inverawe Smokehouses, producers of award-winning smoked salmon and trout, are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our artisan smoking and packing operations. You will manage a team of 12, oversee production scheduling, and maintain our BRC AA accreditation. Experience in smoked fish or artisan food production strongly preferred.
