Quality Assurance Manager — Seafood

Princes Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee food safety and quality systems at our Hull seafood processing facility. You will lead a team of QA technicians, manage BRC/BRCGS certification, and ensure full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. This is a senior role with responsibility for HACCP plans, internal audits, supplier approval, and continuous improvement programmes.

• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years' QA experience in seafood or food manufacturing • HACCP qualification (Level 3 or above) • BRC/BRCGS audit experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Knowledge of seafood species, processing methods, and relevant legislation
