Job Description
Whitby Seafoods is looking for an experienced Senior Fish Filleter to join our production team. You will be responsible for filleting a range of species to a high standard, training junior operatives, and maintaining hygiene standards. Minimum 2 years filleting experience required. Excellent rates of pay and benefits package.
