Job Description
Whitby Seafoods is looking for a Technical Manager to lead our quality and food safety function. You will manage the technical team, oversee BRC and retailer audits, maintain HACCP plans, and drive continuous improvement in food safety standards. A degree in Food Science or equivalent and experience in a technical management role within seafood or food manufacturing is essential.
