Fish Processing Operative

Young's Seafood, one of the UK's leading seafood brands, is recruiting Fish Processing Operatives at our Grimsby facility. You will be working on the production line preparing, processing, and packing a wide range of fish and seafood products to the highest food safety standards. Key responsibilities include filleting, portioning, and trimming fish products; operating processing machinery; maintaining hygiene standards; and working as part of a team to meet production targets. • Previous experience in food manufacturing or fish processing preferred but not essential — full training provided • Ability to work in a chilled environment (2–5°C) • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality • Flexible approach to working hours including early starts and late finishes • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
