Fish Processing Supervisor

Whitby Seafoods, producers of the iconic Whitby Scampi, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our processing operations. You will supervise a team of 15–20 operatives, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and all food safety and hygiene requirements are adhered to.

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food manufacturing • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles • Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate • Strong communication and team leadership skills • Experience in seafood processing preferred
