Fishmonger — Counter Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fishmonger to manage our fresh fish counter at our Cambridge store. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining product quality and presentation, and driving sales of our premium fish and seafood range. You will advise customers on fish preparation, cooking methods, and sustainable sourcing, as well as managing stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a fishmonger or fish counter manager • Excellent knowledge of fish species, preparation techniques, and sustainable sourcing • Strong customer service skills • Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum) • Ability to work early mornings and weekends
